Policies
How we keep children safe and treat families fairly.
We are an accredited language and tuition centre, and we take our responsibilities to the families we work with seriously. The policies below set out how we safeguard children, handle your personal data, charge and refund fees, and deal with concerns when they arise. If you would like a copy of any policy that isn't published here yet, just ask — we'll send it over.
