The important bits, up front
Paid in advance, per term
Tuition is paid in full before the term begins, and your child keeps the same class times each week for the whole term.
Reschedule within the term
Lessons can be moved to another available session in the same term, subject to availability — please give us at least 2 hours’ notice.
Lessons are not carried over
Lessons are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any lessons not attended or rescheduled by the end of the term are forfeited and do not roll into the next term.
If we cancel, you are credited
If the centre cancels a lesson — for example a teacher is unwell — it is not deducted from your tuition, and its value is credited to your next term.
Closures are never charged
Published closed dates, such as public holidays, the Christmas break and Songkran, do not count against your tuition.
Join or add hours at any time
Join part-way through a term and you pay only for the lessons remaining. You can add classes at any time; hours cannot be reduced mid-term.
