Opened in 2018, Wellington College International Bangkok is the first international Wellington network school outside China — carrying forward the name of Wellington College in England, one of the UK's most respected schools, founded over 160 years ago under a royal charter from Queen Victoria.
Pastoral care built around the House system
Every student belongs to a House and a House Tutor Group from Year 7 onward, across eight Houses — Hopetoun, Orange, Lynedoch, Picton, Hill, Murray, Anglesey and Talbot. The House Tutor is the first point of contact for both students and parents, underpinning the school's '5 Ideals': Inspired, Intellectual, Independent, Individual and Inclusive.
A 28-acre campus built for both academics and sport
Set on a 28-acre green campus in east Bangkok, midway between the city centre and Suvarnabhumi Airport, the school follows the English National Curriculum from Pre-Nursery through to A-Level, with facilities including a 600-seat theatre, golf practice facilities and an Olympic-length swimming pool.
