This is a reading comprehension check for Year 6 from the British Learning Centre, covering retrieval, inference and vocabulary in context — the child reads a passage that stays on screen and answers questions against it. We use the same checks with our own students in Pattaya and Bangkok to see where a child is secure and where a gap is opening, so the result is a teaching judgement rather than a score out of ten.
